Subject: Duped by credit card scam upon check in at Hotel
You arrive at your hotel and check in at the front desk. When checking in, you give the front desk your credit card (for all the charges for your room). You get to your room and settle in. Someone calls the front desk and asked for (example) Room 620 (which happens to be your room).

Your phone rings in your room. You answer and the person on the other end says the following, 'This is the front desk. When checking in, we came across a problem with your charge card information. Please re-read me your credit card number and verify the last 3 digits numbers at the reverse side of your charge card.
Not thinking anything you might give this person your information, since the call seems to come from the front desk. But actually, it is a scam of someone calling from outside the hotel/front desk. They ask for a randomroom number. Then, ask you for credit card information and address information.Sounding so professional that you do think you are talking to the front desk.
If you ever encounter this problem on your vacation, tell the caller that you will be down at the front desk to clear up any problems. Then, go to the front desk and ask if there was a problem. If there was none, inform the manager of the hotel that someone called to scam you of your credit card information acting like a front desk employee.

Subject: Bangkok International Airport
Folks, be warned and be really careful, check the items you bought and give back what does not belong to you even when the shop assistants claimed it's 'free'. I believe the duty free shop assistants would alsoget a share.........so, be very, very careful. Read below
My Dept. secretary informed on this. Her cousin was detained in Bangkok for stealing a box of cigarettes in a duty-free shop in Bangkok International Airport.
He had paid for chocolates and a carton of cigarettes. The cashier put a packet of smokes into his bag and he thought it was a free pack.
He was arrested for shop-lifting and the Thai Police extortion price was RM30, 000 for his release. He spent two nights in jail and paid RM50 for an air-con cell, 200-300 baht for each visitor, and RM11,000 for his final release.
The Police shared the money in front of his eyes. On top of that, he was charged in court and fined RM2,000 by the magistrate and handcuffed and escorted to his plane.
His passport was stamped "Thief". While there, his relatives requested help from the Malaysian Embassy and was told that they are helpless, as Malaysians are victimised similarly daily and letters and phone-calls tothe Thai Authorities are ignored. He shared a cell with a Singaporean the 1st night who paid RM60,000 for his release.The 2nd night was an Indian national who paid USD70,000. Mind you this is not in a shag downtown Bangkok but in a duty free shop in Bangkok 's Int'lAirport.Shared this experience with all your friends.

Subject: Driving to JB
If you get RM 10.00 in your car door handle, use tissue paper or cloth to remove it without opening it and if possible bag it. Drive away immediately.Don't check the note until you are in the company of your friends or relatives.The note could either contain powdered drugs to knock you out or make you wonder if some guilty motorist compensating you for a knock or scratch on your car, while you are still wondering, the robber(s) will attack you as you check the car.
This had happened in Johor. Please circulate to your friends and warn them!.

羅漢果茶‏

筆者的妹妹在一律師行工作，同事中有一位彭太，眼見她的朋友身患絕症，醫生也沒辦法，但她這位朋友喝了羅漢果茶半年後，竟然痊癒。彭太便將羅漢果茶帶到律師行?，一時間律師行的職員們都人手一杯。而筆者也將它介紹給一位八十歲的仁慈老太，她患糖尿病已數十年，飲用羅漢果茶後，她的病況好轉了。所以她請筆者把羅漢果的好處寫成小冊子，免費贈送有緣人，使他們都可以得到這份好處，以小量消費，便可以日日保健，受用終生。



羅漢果茶的製法及有效攝取法
羅漢果茶的製法﹝使用乾燥果實﹞
取羅漢果一個壓碎外皮，將種子分開；在煲中放入二公升水，放下壓碎的羅漢果一個；用中火煲二十分鐘﹝以水滾後計算﹞，關火後，放置十分鐘；完成後可以直接熱飲，或過濾後放入冰箱冷藏，可保存一個月。在冰箱取出的可以用熱水稀釋濃度當淡茶來喝。

註：要揀靚羅漢果，首先最好將羅漢果輕力由距離檯面一、二吋的地方放下，如果像「乒乓球」般的會「彈起」，証明不是「空心」，亦即是上品。又或在耳邊輕輕搖，搖得響便是不好的。

當茶和果汁來喝
將乾燥果實整個煎煮﹝即壓碎外皮，分開種子﹞，就當茶來喝，可熱飲或冷飲，濃淡可配合個人喜好酌量增減。一般用來保健的，可以在早上，飯後或口渴時喝，一天飲用二至三次較佳。可用來作咖啡或紅茶的甘味料。也可當成調味料加入菜餚中，不知不覺地進入體內，保護身體的健康。羅漢果可加芥末、味噌作為調味料，也可加入黑芝麻或奶油醬，也可在煮菜、炒菜時加入不同的料理中。攝取羅漢果時，最好是每天持續少量攝取，如何一次大量攝取，只會大部份排出體外，因為除了必需份量外，典他都無法貯藏於體內。

飲用羅漢果茶克服病痛的案例


病例﹝一﹞糖尿病
黃先生患糖尿病已三年多，由於交際應酬頻密，加上經常喝酒，病情惡化。服用降血糖劑後，血糖值雖然下降，但當停止服藥，血糖值便立刻回升，而且經常昏倒，後經朋友介紹，每天服用五至六次羅漢果茶。二個月後，血糖值恢復正常，身體疲倦感也消失；因糖尿病而引起的眼底出血亦消失了。黃先生對羅漢果的效果，感到非常驚訝。



病例﹝二﹞高血壓
李先生年約六十歲，患高血壓已有十年多了。他雖然不斷服用降血壓劑，但症時好時壞。當工作忙碌，壓力大時，血壓就會增高。服用羅漢果茶三個月後，血壓從最高的180ml降至130ml，而最低血壓則由以往的100ml降至60-70ml，而且非常地穩定。李先生的心情也平靜和愉快了。



病例﹝三﹞胃潰瘍
二十三歲的陳小姐，自幼就有頭痛的煩惱，最近頭痛次數增加，醫生還檢查出她患有胃潰瘍，當陳小姐接受服用胃潰瘍物的同時，也服用朋友介紹的羅漢果茶；結果不到二個月胃潰瘍就治好了，而最令她感到驚喜的是頭痛也消失了。



病例﹝四﹞便秘
方太年約四十歲，但便秘已有二十多年，平日要三天才排便一次，嚴重時十天才排便一次。便秘使她臉色欠佳，不易上?，黑斑和皺紋也提早出現。平日不但感覺不舒服，精神還難以集中，使她脾氣暴燥。她曾服用市面的藥品，但一停用便又會便秘。使她非常困擾。後經朋友介紹，她開始服用羅漢果茶，每天三次，每次一杯，第二天就掛便了，持續服用後，結果每天都排便，方太感到非常驚訝。胃腸狀況改善了，食物也變得非常好味，原本乾燥，皺紋明顯的肌膚重現彈力，她也不再亂發脾氣了。



病例﹝五﹞敏感體質
陳小姐自少對食物敏感，吃了蟹後，便會引起濕疹，身體發癢，長大後更開始出現氣喘，氣喘發作到現在差不多已有二十年了。曾經有朋友介紹說羅漢果對氣喘有效，但她不敢嘗試。有一次咳嗽發作時，喝下羅漢果茶，竟然即時止咳了，於是她開始飲用，每天三次，每次一杯，半年後，她的氧喘不再發作了，連敏感引起的濕疹也消失了。為了維持健康，她說今後還要繼續使用羅漢果。



病例﹝六﹞舒緩眼睛
呂小姐長時間使用電腦，而眼睛常感覺疲勞，後用羅漢果液來洗眼，疲勞便漸漸消失。有一次她雙眼通紅，微絲血管都爆了，她用羅漢果液洗眼，二天後，雙眼都回復正常。



病例﹝七﹞糖尿病、舒緩眼睛
招女士，年近九十、患有糖尿病二十多年。她開始每天服用三次羅漢果茶，三個月後，血糖值恢復正常。但她仍然要服用由醫師開的降血糖劑。又有一天，她起床時發覺雙眼通紅，微絲血管都爆了，用羅漢果液洗眼，五天後，雙眼回復正常。近月因糖尿落腳，腳部麻痺得不能舉步，用羅漢果茶洗腳，洗後每天都有進展，一星期後回復正常。另有一次，排便時，排出很多黑色的血水，她嘗試飲用羅漢果茶，每天達至六次之多，不一星期，排便回復正常，再沒有排出血水了。



病例﹝八﹞血壓病
何女士，今年九十多歲，患血壓之疾多年，經朋友介紹飲用羅漢果茶三個多月後，經醫生診斷，血壓之疾已消失。又她七歲時，腋下有一個如雞蛋黃般大小的肉核，同時也縮小至花生般大小。



病例﹝九﹞濕疹水泡
阮胡君到訪李先生，李先生發覺其臉及身體都生出如豆般大之水泡，痕癢非常，以至不能入睡。李先生著期用羅漢果食洗兼用，果然奇效痊癒，阮胡君感激非常並嘆為奇蹟。



病例﹝十﹞ 腸癌
曾老太年逾九十歲，零三年良鍾姑娘到訪，並帶有「羅漢果」葯方，據云此方曾醫好乙位患腸癌的女士，她曾遍訪名醫調理，不但無效，且預期她將命不久矣，幸得友人介紹她飲用「羅漢果」茶約年餘後，不但病情好轉，且漸康復，於是將此奇方轉送親友，此時曾老太剛有皮膚病，痕癢不能入睡，於是將「羅漢果」煲水用以淋遍全身，經三天後，立即痊癒，需要自乾。



※ 曾老太廿多年糖尿病，每天一個「羅漢果」煲水飲，經歷四個月後，証明糖尿病已減輕，
